Guide buyers to identify suppliers
First, you can check the industrial and commercial registration information through the company’s name, which has the registration information and address. Basically, you can judge whether it is a factory according to the address, because the registered address of the factory needs to be consistent with the business license.
Querying the manufacturer’s own website is also a way. Usually, the manufacturer’s website is more specific and professional. There are a lot of manufacturer information, pictures and videos.
Judging from the quotation and minimum order quantity, the quotation of manufacturers is usually relatively low and the minimum order quantity is large, while ordinary trading companies can’t get a large minimum order quantity and relatively low price.
If you can, find someone to visit the factory. Usually, the factory is allowed to visit. If the other party doesn’t agree, communicate more professional knowledge with the other party. Usually, people in trading companies don’t know much about process details.
Look at the product certification, qualification certificate, system certificate and other photos that can have the company name. Whether the company name on the document is consistent with their company. If it is the factory, it must be consistent. If it is inconsistent, there should also be documents that can prove that they are an organization.
It depends on whether the after-sales guarantee can be provided, because the entity manufacturer is sure that the after-sales guarantee is available. The factory is fully capable of making commitments such as replacement, return and warranty, which are usually not guaranteed by traders, and these should be written into the contract.
